Delivery Policy

Products will generally be shipped within 14 business days of receiving the NetStep™ impression kit from the customer. In some cases, the delivery date will be determined by our courier partners, such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The standard delivery fee is $9. For orders $90 and above, free shipping applies. 

Placed orders received from the website after 12:00 will be processed the next business day. On the day of delivery, please get in touch with the courier service to coordinate. You can check the status of your order by calling us. 

NetStep™ is committed to providing you with quick and efficient delivery. However, expect delivery delays on unforeseen circumstances, which customers will not have any claim against the company. Rest assured that we will inform the customer as soon as possible. 

NetStep™ has the right to change delivery areas, standard delivery fees, and shipping and delivery policy from time to time without advanced notice. New policies shall not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
