Privacy Policy

NetStep™ (hereinafter the company) considers it important to protect the privacy of the users and makes efforts to properly protect and preserve the information of the users and their privacy. The use of the company’s website is subject to the privacy policy published below (hereinafter the privacy policy). The privacy policy below is to add to what is stated in the regulations.

The privacy policy is written in a masculine tone, but it applies to everyone who visits the site, men and women alike (hereafter, you, the user(s)). Browsing and/or use by you of the site of any kind, including relying on prices and/or purchasing and/or ordering products and/or services, constitutes your consent and approval of the following privacy policy. If you do not agree to the site’s privacy policy, in whole or in part, you may not use the site for any purpose whatsoever, and you will not have any claim, claim and/or demand against the company.

1.2 The information (as updated from time to time) will be stored in the company’s database. The delivery of the information by you to the company is done at your own risk, of your own free will, and with your consent. At any time, you can contact the company and ask to delete or correct the information about you stored in the database. You declare that you know that without providing the details that appear in the mandatory fields, you will not be able to use the services that require registration. The information you give during registration won’t be shared with third parties unless it’s in the privacy policy, which you can read about below.

1.3 If you order a service using a credit card on the website, you agree that the last four digits of your credit card, if and as long as you provide them, will be stored securely by the company for tracking and auditing purposes only.

2.1 The company will not disclose your data to third parties unless you have given express consent to do so by registering for the service, or when there is a legal dispute between you and the company, or if you have performed an illegal action on the website, or if a judicial order is received to that effect.

3. How We Use information

3.2 The company will be entitled to use the information, among other things, for the purpose of mailing information and content to the users (via e-mail and/or Push Notifications and/or text messages to the mobile phone and/or through social networks, and/or through the US Post), including company advertisement, promotions and discounts.

3.3 When registering your details on the website, you are asked to confirm your receipt of advertising information. As long as you do not wish to continue receiving these messages, you can remove yourself from the distribution list at any time by, by sending a message to our contact page, through your account on the website, or the same way you received the message.

3.4 By analyzing the information we receive, we, and/or our service providers and/or subcontractors, may collect statistical data from a variety of users (hereinafter: the statistics). The statistics help us examine trends and user needs, so that we can examine the provision of new services and adapt the system and the accompanying services to the user’s wishes. 3.5 According to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review the information we have collected about you. If you find that the information is incomplete, correct, clear, or up-to-date, you may request its correction or deletion. In this case, the company will delete only the information necessary to contact you but will keep the information necessary to manage its business, including documentation of commercial operations performed by you on the site.

3.6 The company uses cookies for the regular and proper operation of the website, including collecting statistical data about the use of the website, adapting the website to your personal preferences, for information security needs, and to verify details. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the company’s server, on the hard drive of the computer that the user uses through his browser in order to provide the user with a fast and efficient service and spare him the need to enter his personal information every time he enters the website. 4. How We Protect Information

4.1 The company implements advanced protection mechanisms to secure the information found in the company’s computer system, including the website. It should be emphasized that intrusion into the company’s computer systems is a criminal offense according to the laws of the United States. However, as with any computerized database, the company cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion into its computer systems. If, despite the strict security measures taken by the company, information about you stored in the company’s databases reaches any party, there will be no claim against the company or anyone on its behalf.

4.2 The company will correct and/or delete any information given to us by a user in accordance with a written request from the user to our contact page. Once information is deleted, we cannot return it.

4.3 Each user of the website undertakes not to perform any illegal action on the company’s computer system. As the company suspects misuse of its computer systems, it will report it to the relevant authorities.

4.4 It will be clarified that the company will not bear any responsibility if the username and password are used by someone who is not authorized to do so, and you must keep this information confidential. In order to maintain a maximum level of security, it is recommended to change the password from time to time.

5.2 The company reserves the right to update the privacy policy from time to time, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice. The validity of a change will start from the moment it is published on the website. It is your duty to update the privacy policy from time to time. The wording of the privacy policy as it is published on the website is the wording that is determined at all times.
