  1. Diagnosis. Simply take the free online diagnosis on the homepage.
  2. Customization. After making a simulation of your feet, we’ll send an imprint kit to your home to ensure accurate and optimal customization. 
  3. Final renders. We’ll assess the imprint kit and start processing your NetStep™ custom orthotics, designed exclusively for your feet. 
  4. The big day. Finally, your NetStep™ custom orthotics are sent to your home!  

Any placed orders are processed immediately. Please contact us immediately if you wish to change something on your order.

Every NetStep™ orthotics is made without compromising the quality of the products. Your order will be shipped to you door-to-door within 14 business days upon receiving the imprint kit. 

Our return policy states that orders during the 120-day period shall be entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. If you wish to return an order, please contact us immediately. 

Orthotics Care

To maximize the use of your NetStep™ orthotics, ensure regular cleaning using a damp cloth and a soft-bristle brush. Avoid laundering your orthotics in washing machines. They should be left to air dry. 

NetStep™ orthotics are designed to last long. You should replace your orthotics at the first signs of wear or after six months of use. 

Yes, you can still insert your NetStep™ orthotics over a shoe with existing insoles as long as it is comfortable. 

Yes, NetStep™ orthotics can be transferred from shoe to shoe. Since every shoe is built differently, ensure that the shoe is comfortable to use and not too tight.
